Safe Environment

The mission of the Safe Environment Program is to provide healthy and secure environments where our children, youth, and adults can practice and grow in their faith.

To pursue this mission, we have created a safe environment program for those who work or volunteer on behalf of or in the name of the Church. Using educational programs designed to provide the knowledge necessary to prevent and recognize abuse, and the Diocese of Sioux Falls Sexual Misconduct Policy to uphold the articles in the Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People, we hope to fulfill our promise to protect our children and youth.
